Food intolerance is dose related in children.

Food intolerances in children are a growing concern for many parents. There is no doubt that when we compare the incidence of food related allergies and intolerances now to thirty years ago, that something very fundamental has changed in what we eat.

As manufacturing practices have become more sophisticated and families more time poor, the move to more convenient foods has come at a terrible price. Children consume more bad food additives by body weight than adults. Over time, this impact builds and little bodies end up over-stressed by chemicals and subject to the recurrent health problems associated with food intolerances.
